Why another organic guideline? Isn’t there enough already?

    Yellow

I had a community leader asked ‘why do we need yet another standard as there are scores of governments and private parties whose concern were already our safety, loyalty and trust? Another standard would just create more confusion for consumers and saturate the market even more. ‘ And you are right my friend, adding more labels and guidelines would undoubtedly create more confusion for organic buyers.

However, Diplomatic Goods is not here to impose on you what it thinks is the best process or standard for organic products. Our goal is to make you the standard. We are here to democratised a process that we think needs our attention desperately. I personally have no trust whatsoever in a label, or in a system that is supposedly for the better of human kind but still is profit driven and treated as just another marketing strategy. That is in itself an oxymoron.

Diplomatic Goods is exactly what it sounds. We are here to self regulate, self enforce a standard of a group of goods that you and I care about. I believe that no other standard can match that and that we are now capable of doing this ourselves. We are here to empower you to take upon yourselves the leadership in establishing a community that internally and interdependently upholds its own ’safety, loyalty and trust’ in a common brand.
