Based on the world’s first open standard for organic goods: Diplomatic Standards.  Diplomatic Goods represents all the goods that meet these standards.

On this site, we hope to showcase to you the products that are the direct result of a Diplomatic Standard and the Goods we believe to be of an aspiring archetype of post-industrial agriculture.

     So what do we do?

We are an active community that represents a new way of regulating – a new way of making sure that what we eat is exactly how we want it to be. Think of it as Wikipedia meets regulation.

As you know, all organic goods and including conventional food have a standard to abide by. Each standard is managed by a central authority within all participating countries and governments that make up this industry.

As of now, five major standards exist:

The USDA’s NOP Standard from the U.S., the European Union’s standard, Canada’s, the BF of Australia’s Standard and the JAS. Full of ambiguity, inherent major flaws and erosion, these regulations have essentially legalized the biggest marketing scam of all time. On this site, you and I, together with anyone that cares about the food they eat, now have the opportunity to change that fact.

You or anyone that understands the importance of having an unclouded source of sustenance may now participate and collaborate to co-produce and co-regulate a new guideline that will ultimately reflect us and the intented quality of all our food.

So join us, whether you are a student, a small or big farmer, a certifier, a health conscious eater or a mother. You have the power to now directly shape the content of what you eat, diplomatically.

What happened to California and Oregon organic certification? Thanks for starting the ball rolling on the problem of certifaction. If you look at the website for Rodale you can see that there is indeed an issue with the standards. This company now allows certifiers to use their Rodale Certification without really checking up on the product being certified. Example.... the sea soil produced locally here in French Creek on Vancouver Island has this label... what is organic about FARM FISH? This type of erosion is very bad for all of us.. Let me know what I can do.
